ROD Navy Bases

Most of the ROD Navy is home ported in the ROD, though we do maintain one large overseas Navy base in Mahishmati, as well as several smaller overseas installations.

Naval Amphibious Base (NAB)

NAB is home to the Navy's amphibious force and is adjacent to the Dalmatian Marine Corps base and the Combined Amphibious Warfare Center.  Amphibious training and doctrinal development of ship-to-shore operations are conducted here in addition to normal garrison activities.

Naval Aviation Center (NAC)

All naval aviation training is conducted at NAC, and several naval squadrons are based here as well. Large scale air combat exercises are held at this base on a routine basis.

Naval Station the Angle (NSA)

NSA is home to the Navy's surface warfare center and home port to the Navy's Third Fleet. Naval gunnery is taught here, as are damage control and engineering courses.

Naval Station San Andreas (NSSA)

NSSA is one of the Navy's major ports, home to a significant number of warships, squadrons, and facilities, to include a dry dock. The Navy's Second Fleet is based at NSSA. The Navy schools for electronics, avionics, and cyber warfare are also based here.

Naval Station Saint Catherine (NSSC)

NSSC is the largest and busiest port in the ROD Navy. It is home to a large number of warships, squadrons, and facilities, to include a dry dock. The Navy's First Fleet calls NSSC home, and the ROD Navy Headquarters is also located here.

Naval Training Center (NTC)

NTC is where recruits go to become sailors. In addition to basic training, it is home to the Naval Officer School and to professional education for petty officers and chiefs as well.
