I Corps Artillery (IIC/A) is tasked with providing fire support for all I Corps units, assigned and attached. The cannon and rocket battalions of I C/A can reinforce artillery units from subordinate divisions and regiments, or it can execute independent fire plans and engage deep targets as directed by Corps HQ or higher.

I C/A includes a Fire Support Fusion Cell that is responsible for coordinating ALL fire support resources. These fire support resources include the cannon and rocket units of I C/A, but it also includes rotary wing and fixed wing aircraft and naval gunfire when it is available.

I C/A is based at Redleg Barracks in the ROD. I C/A is an active duty organization.
